Es para uno de nuestros clientes, una organización que se basa en la ética, la transparencia, la actualización continua y el fortalecimiento de la profesión, promoviendo la responsabilidad profesional.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico medio en Servicio al Cliente, Secretariado, Contabilidad o estudios universitarios avanzados.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia en manejo de datáfono.
  • Experiencia en control y manejo de inventarios.
  • Conocimiento básico en el manejo de Microsoft Office 365.
  • Conocimientos básicos en ciclo contable; deseable experiencia en el sistema (NetSuite).

Funciones:

  • Brindar atención al cliente y apoyo administrativo en las gestiones diarias de la organización.
  • Gestionar trámites, documentación, facturación, cobros y control de inventarios, asegurando el adecuado manejo de la información.
  • Coordinar actividades, eventos y logística institucional, apoyando la correcta ejecución de los procesos internos.
  • Otras funciones propias del puesto.
