Importante cliente de People Working Corp, busca una persona con competencias de negociación, cumplimiento de metas, pro-activo, asertivo y dinámico para desempeñarse como Promotor de ventas. (Línea blanca)

La persona se encargará de la promoción y venta de productos tecnológicos y de línea blanca dentro de establecimientos específicos. Su objetivo principal es aumentar la visibilidad de la marca, generar interés entre los clientes y cerrar ventas directas en el lugar de compra.

Principales Funciones del Puesto:

  • Brindarle al cliente una grata experiencia de compra, por medio de mostrarle los productos de la marca en tienda para garantizar la satisfacción del consumidor.
  • Identificar las necesidades del consumidor, esto ayuda a que el comprador pueda cubrir sus necesidades mientras el vendedor de piso los guía en el proceso de compra.
  • Presentar diferentes productos de la marca, este proceso está enfocado en los compradores indecisos, pues les ayuda a ver todas sus opciones de compra y deleitar al comprador con la demostración o presentación de la marca.
  • Mantener las estanterías y repisas organizadas y abastecidas de mercancía y con los precios correctos para que esto genere una atracción visual en el consumidor.
  • Aplicar estrategias de promoción, con el fin de dar salida a productos de temporada o consentir al cliente mediante promociones atractivas.
  • Crear relaciones estrechas con el consumidor, al ser el vínculo sólido entre el cliente y la marca para generar fidelidad.
  • Establecer relaciones estrechas con el gerente de la tienda y los vendedores, con el objetivo de reafirmar el apoyo a la marca en la tienda por parte del personal.

Requisitos

Experiencia de 2 años como promotor, deseable en TV y línea blanca.

Experiencia en promotor de productos en tiendas de línea blanca, electrodomésticos.

Formación académica: Técnica o Universitaria (deseable)

Manejo básico de office.

Disponibilidad para visitar diferentes zonas cercanas

Horario: lunes a sábado de 9:00 AM a 6:00 PM
