Objetivo del puesto:

Buscamos un profesional que lidere e implemente estrategias integrales de seguridad para garantizar la protección del personal, operaciones y activos en la región de América Latina y el Caribe, en entornos dinámicos y de alto riesgo

Funciones principales:

  • -Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar estrategias de seguridad a nivel regional, asegurando la protección del personal, las operaciones y los activos.
  • -Brindar asesoría estratégica en materia de seguridad a la alta dirección, equilibrando la continuidad operativa con la mitigación de riesgos.
  • -Apoyar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de seguridad en coordinación con equipos locales e internacionales.
  • -Garantizar la correcta ejecución de estrategias de seguridad, manteniendo comunicación constante sobre riesgos, necesidades y condiciones en la región.
  • -Diseñar, actualizar y velar por el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de seguridad (evacuación, restricciones de viaje, seguridad física, capacitaciones, entre otros).
  • -Monitorear de forma continua el entorno de seguridad, identificando amenazas potenciales y ajustando niveles de alerta cuando sea necesario.
  • -Desarrollar y mantener una red de contactos clave que facilite información oportuna y apoyo operativo.
  • -Evaluar riesgos emergentes y desafíos de seguridad para implementar acciones preventivas de forma proactiva.
  • -Ejecutar otras funciones relacionadas al puesto, orientadas al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.

Requisitos:

  • -Título universitario de administración de empresas o carrera a fín.
  • -Experiencia comprobada en seguridad, gestión de crisis o campos relacionados.
  • -Dominio del idioma inglés (indispensable).
  • -Disponibilidad para viajar constantemente a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • -Experiencia en entornos de alto riesgo o contextos complejos.
  • -Licencia y certificación vigente para portación de arma (según normativa local).
  • -Habilidad analítica para la evaluación de riesgos y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • -Capacidad para manejar situaciones complejas bajo presión.
  • -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal e intercultural.
  • -Alto nivel de confidencialidad y discreción en el manejo de información sensible.
  • -Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Office, correo electrónico, etc.).
