The posting

Objetivo del puesto: Supervisar, coordinar y garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura y mantenimiento asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, de calidad, seguridad y tiempos establecidos, mediante la adecuada gestión de proveedores, recursos y actividades en campo, con el fin de asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento y continuidad operativa de los sitios.

Funciones principales:

  • -Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de obra civil, estructuras metálicas y sistemas eléctricos en campo.
  • -Realizar visitas técnicas para evaluación, validación y selección de sitios según requerimientos del proyecto.
  • -Coordinar y supervisar contratistas y proveedores durante las fases de construcción e instalación.
  • -Verificar cimentaciones, montaje de torres y cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas y normas de seguridad.
  • -Realizar inspecciones técnicas en estructuras y torres mediante trabajo en alturas, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad industrial.
  • -Supervisar la correcta instalación de sistemas eléctricos, tierras físicas y pararrayos.
  • -Gestionar permisos, documentación técnica y procesos de entrega final de los sitios.
  • -Planificar y supervisar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de infraestructura.
  • -Controlar inventarios, accesos y actividades realizadas en los sitios asignados.
  • -Elaborar reportes técnicos y dar seguimiento al avance de proyectos.

Requisitos:

  • -Pensum cerrado en Ingeniería Civil, Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Arquitectura o carrera afín.
  • -Experiencia de 2 a 3 años supervisando proyectos de infraestructura, obra civil o telecomunicaciones.
  • -Experiencia en manejo de contratistas y proveedores.
  • -Manejo de Excel avanzado, AutoCAD y Power BI.
  • -Experiencia en trabajos de campo y altura.
  • -Disponibilidad para viajar y supervisar proyectos dentro de las cuatro áreas de la Ciudad de Guatemala (Norte, Sur, Oriente y Occidente), según necesidades operativas.
  • -Licencia de conducir tipo B vigente.
  • -Disponibilidad para movilizarse y trabajar en campo.
