The posting

Objetivo del puesto

Gestionar, consolidar y controlar la información sobre el avance de proyectos de construcción de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, asegurando que cada obra esté actualizada, documentada y alineada con el cronograma establecido.

Principales funciones:

  • -Dar seguimiento al avance de proyectos, sitios, hitos y actividades asignadas.
  • -Registrar, consolidar y controlar porcentajes de avance físico.
  • -Actualizar cronogramas, trackers, matrices de seguimiento, dashboards y bases de datos.
  • -Dar seguimiento a fechas compromiso, hitos contractuales, dependencias y ruta crítica.
  • -Identificar desviaciones entre el avance planificado y el avance real, generando alertas oportunas.
  • -Dar seguimiento a restricciones, responsables y fechas de resolución.
  • -Elaborar proyecciones y forecast de finalización de proyectos.
  • -Consolidar información de contratistas y áreas internas para reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.
  • -Preparar reportes de avance, incluyendo avance planificado, avance real, desviaciones, hitos, restricciones y forecast.
  • -Mantener organizada y actualizada la documentación de los proyectos.
  • -Coordinar información con las áreas de Construcción, Ingeniería, Compras, -Finanzas, Operaciones, entre otras.
  • -Dar seguimiento a compromisos derivados de reuniones y comités de proyecto.
  • -Dar seguimiento a proyectos relacionados con instalación y montaje de postes, torres, soportes, estructuras, canalizaciones, tendido de fibra óptica y redes FTTH/OSP.

Requisitos:

  • -Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante universitario de Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Arquitectura, Administración de Proyectos o carrera afín.
  • -Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en seguimiento de proyectos, control de obra, Project Controls, construcción o telecomunicaciones.
  • -Deseable experiencia gestionando múltiples proyectos o sitios simultáneamente.
  • -Manejo de SAP HANA.
  • -Deseable manejo de Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI o herramientas similares.
  • -Inglés avanzado.
  • -Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • -Vehículo propio.
  • -Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial.
  • -Disponibilidad de horario según las necesidades de los proyectos.

Ofrecemos:

  • Horario: lunes a jueves de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
  • Salario: $1,000
