The posting

Objetivo del puesto: Garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente, seguro y de calidad de toda la planta de termoformado Pet, coordinando procesos, equipos y personal para cumplir con los planes de producción, estándares técnicos y metas operativas.

Funciones:

  • -Supervisar la operación de máquinas termoformadoras de Pet (3 máquinas, 2 manuales y una automática)y resolver fallas de proceso si se requiere.
  • -Coordinar con mantenimiento las reparaciones de maquinaria y sus fallas.
  • -Supervisar parámetros de proceso (temperatura, presión, tiempo de ciclo etc.) para asegurar la calidad de productos y gestionar rechazos.
  • -Asignar tareas y capacitar los operarios en el uso de equipos y procedimientos.
  • -Velar por el correcto almacenamiento y organización de las materias primas, insumos y productos terminados en el área de planta
  • -Gestionar control de existencias de materias primas e insumos para el proceso.
  • -Mantener registros operativos (producción, tiempos de parada, incidencias).

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Producción o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años como Supervisor de Producción o Tres años en operaciones industriales en termoformado PET, o persona que tengan la experiencia en FOAM, producción en el proceso de Termoformado PET, ajuste, mantenimiento, revisar termoformador Fot.
  • Conocimiento en procesos productivos, control de mermas y costos.
  • Manejo de indicadores de producción, Dominio de termoformado de PET, o persona que tengan la experiencia en FOAM, como montajes de moldes y ajuste de proceso.
  • Conocimiento de normas ISO (deseable).
  • Liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones.
  • Poseer vehículo y licencia vigente
  • Disponibilidad de horario.
