The posting

Ser el brazo derecho de la Gerencia de Finanzas, actuando como soporte al Business Partner estratégico para la toma de decisiones financieras a nivel regional (LATAM). Será responsable del análisis financiero integral del negocio, asegurando la correcta interpretación de indicadores como ROI, costos, precios, capital de trabajo y rentabilidad, generando propuestas de valor y soluciones basadas en datos para optimizar el desempeño financiero de la compañía.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

  • Análisis de indicadores financieros (ROI, márgenes, costos, capital de trabajo)
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de Forecast, Budget y planificación financiera
  • Evaluación de estrategias de precios y rentabilidad
  • Generación de reportes ejecutivos para alta dirección
  • Control y optimización de costos y gastos
  • Coordinación regional con equipos en LATAM

REQUISITOS:

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría Pública, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín
  • Excel e inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en empresas de manufactura (indispensable).
  • Manejo de operaciones regionales (LATAM deseable).
  • Manejo de software contable/ERP (SAP, Oracle u otros).
  • Análisis financiero avanzado (ROI, márgenes, rentabilidad, capital de trabajo).
  • Forecast, budget y planificación financiera.
  • Conocimiento en estructuras de costos y pricing.
  • Manejo de cuentas contables y reportes financieros.
  • Pensamiento analítico y estratégico
  • Toma de decisiones basada en datos
  • Liderazgo
  • Visa americana vigente (deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para manejo regional (LATAM)
