Nous recherchons un Agent de Puériculture – APE (H/F)

Depuis plus de 20 ans, people & baby accompagne familles, entreprises et collectivités dans l'accueil des jeunes enfants en crèche privée.

Dans nos 400 crèches, notre mission est simple : proposer des environnements sécurisés et stimulants où chaque enfant peut grandir, apprendre et s'épanouir.

Votre quotidien chez people & baby

  • Vous vous occupez des enfants tout au long de la journée : repas, sommeil, change, jeux. Vous veillez à leur sécurité et à leur bien-être.
  • Vous proposez des activités d'éveil adaptées à leur âge, favorisez leur autonomie et accompagnez leurs premières découvertes.
  • Avec l'équipe, vous contribuez au projet pédagogique et partagez vos observations pour assurer un accompagnement de qualité.
  • Vous échangez aussi avec les familles au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

Vous avez un diplôme ou une qualification pour travailler auprès de jeunes enfants (CAP AEPE, Bac Pro ASSP, assistant maternel agréé, Bac Pro SAPAT ou un autre diplôme reconnu).

Au-delà du diplôme, nous cherchons une personne bienveillante, dynamique et à l'écoute.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe, vous prenez des initiatives et vous respectez le rythme de chaque enfant.
