Au siège, nos équipes supports accompagnent le réseau au quotidien et contribuent directement à cette mission et à la transformation de l’entreprise.

Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Juridique capable de piloter l'ensemble des sujets juridiques de l'entreprise : corporate, contrats, contentieux, RGPD, restructurations et gouvernance.

Un poste complet, à fort impact, où expertise juridique et vision business avancent main dans la main.

Votre quotidien chez people&baby

Piloter la stratégie juridique du groupe

  • Superviser le secrétariat juridique et la vie des filiales françaises.
  • Accompagner les opérations de restructuration et de croissance externe (M&A).
  • Sécuriser les opérations corporate, les formalités légales et les conventions intragroupes.

Accompagner les directions opérationnelles

  • Négocier et sécuriser les contrats stratégiques BtoB, BtoC, fournisseurs et partenaires.
  • Conseiller les directions sur les problématiques juridiques complexes.
  • Piloter les contrôles administratifs et relations avec les autorités.

Garantir la conformité du groupe

  • Superviser la politique RGPD et la protection des données personnelles.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de la CNIL et des autorités compétentes.

Gérer les dossiers sensibles

  • Piloter les contentieux commerciaux, immobiliers, civils et pénaux.
  • Suivre les procédures collectives et les négociations transactionnelles.
  • Définir les stratégies judiciaires avec les cabinets externes.

Manager l'équipe juridique

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de 3 collaborateurs.
  • Organiser les priorités et garantir la qualité des livrables.

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en Droit des affaires, Droit des sociétés ou Droit immobilier, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur une fonction comparable.

Vous disposez d'une solide expertise en :

  • Droit des sociétés et opérations corporate.
  • Droit des contrats.
  • Contentieux et procédures collectives.
  • Protection des données et conformité RGPD.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre capacité d'analyse, votre sens du service et votre aptitude à accompagner les équipes dans leurs enjeux opérationnels.

Le CAPA et/ou une certification DPO constituent un réel atout.

Conditions proposées

  • CDI.
  • Rémunération annuelle brute de 100K€ - 120K€, selon expérience.
  • Télétravail 1 jour par semaine après validation de la période d'essai.
  • Titres restaurant à 7 €,

  • 50 % de vos frais de transport remboursés ou aide au vélo,
  • Place en crèche prioritaire.
