Nous recherchons un Educateur de Jeunes Enfants - EJE (H/F)

Depuis plus de 20 ans, people & baby accompagne familles, entreprises et collectivités dans l'accueil des jeunes enfants en crèche privée.

Dans nos 400 crèches, notre mission est simple : proposer des environnements sécurisés et stimulants où chaque enfant peut grandir, apprendre et s'épanouir.

Chez people & baby, une crèche est un lieu où les enfants découvrent le monde et gagnent en confiance et en autonomie.

Votre quotidien chez people & baby

  • Vous aidez chaque enfant à s'épanouir, dans un cadre sécurisant et adapté à son rythme.
  • Vous accompagnez son développement, ses apprentissages et sa socialisation, à travers des activités d'éveil en lien avec le projet pédagogique de la crèche.
  • Vous participez au pilotage pédagogique de la crèche. Vous aidez les autres professionnels dans leurs pratiques et vous veillez à la cohérence de l'accompagnement des enfants.
  • Avec l'équipe, vous proposez des idées pour les projets de la crèche. Vous participez aux réunions et aux actions pour améliorer la qualité d'accueil.
  • Vous créez une relation de confiance avec les familles et vous les accompagnez au quotidien.
  • En l'absence du directeur, vous assurez la continuité de direction.

Profil du candidat

Vous avez le diplôme d'État d'Éducateur de Jeunes Enfants.

  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager vos idées et prendre des initiatives.
  • Vous respectez chaque enfant et l'accompagnez dans son développement.
