L'infirmier assure les soins et la surveillance des enfants en intégrant la dimension de prévention ; informe et rassure les parents ; travaille avec une équipe de professionnels de la Petite Enfance autour d'un projet éducatif en y associant les parents. Par le respect des normes, il veille à la sécurité et l'hygiène des personnes. De plus, dans une perspective d'amélioration constante, il doit contribuer à la diffusion d'information et initier les actions de formations et de recherche, tout en adoptant une politique prospective de qualité.

Travail auprès des enfants : • Prise en charge globale de l'enfant en tenant compte des besoins individuels, afin de veiller à son bien être • Intégrer l'enfant dans un groupe dans un processus de socialisation et s'assurer du bon déroulement de la vie en collectivité • Par ses compétences et son sens de l'observation, il doit prévenir des éventuels problèmes de santé ou psychologiques (retard psychomoteur, comportement anormal) ou de suspicion de maltraitance. De plus, il doit administrer des médicaments en cas de prescription médicale et doit être capable d'intervenir dans des situations d'urgences (gestes de premiers secours). • Permettre le renouvellement des activités au-près des enfants, avec éventuellement le concours d'intervenants extérieurs.

Travail avec les parents : • Rencontrer les parents et leur offrir un soutien, notamment par des conseils liés au développement de l'enfant, physique (propreté, sommeil…) et psychologique (proposition d'intervention de professionnel compétent tel qu'un psychologue) • Animer des réunions d'information et d'échange avec les parents en tenant compte de leurs attentes.

Travail avec l'équipe : • Être référent par rapport à l'hygiène (normes HACCP, biberonnerie) • Être référent pour la sécurité de la crèche

Vous possédez le diplôme d'état d'infirmier et avez une première expérience auprès des enfants.

Vous êtes disponible, patient, à l'écoute et autonome. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs.
