Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil de liderança, visão estratégica e foco em resultados para coordenar as operações de produção e montagem.

Principais responsabilidades:

•⁠ ⁠Fazer a gestão de pessoasacompanhar o desenvolvimento individual e coletivo. •⁠ ⁠Planejar, organizar e acompanhar as atividades da linha de montagem. •⁠ ⁠Garantir o cumprimento das metas de produção, prazos e padrões de qualidade. •⁠ ⁠Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e produtividade, propondo melhorias contínuas. •⁠ ⁠Identificar gargalos nos processos e implementar ações corretivas. •⁠ ⁠Desenvolver lideranças e engajar a equipe para alcançar os resultados esperados. •⁠ ⁠Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e das normas de segurança.

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00 às 17:18.

•⁠ ⁠Experiência em coordenação ou liderança de equipes de produção. •⁠ ⁠Vivência com gestão de indicadores, metas e processos produtivos. •⁠ ⁠Habilidade para liderar equipes, solucionar problemas e tomar decisões. •⁠ ⁠Perfil organizado, proativo, comunicativo e orientado para resultados.

Diferenciais:

•⁠ ⁠Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia de Produção, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

•⁠ ⁠Experiência com linhas de montagem. •⁠ ⁠Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e gestão da produção.
