## Job Summary The Backend Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications and services. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of the applications, contributing to the overall success of the organization by delivering high-quality software solutions.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services. - Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement security and data protection measures in the backend architecture. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js. - Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). - Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. - Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git. - Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.
