Product Owner

Job Summary

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning tools and models, with a focus on efficient backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog to prioritize features and improvements.
  • Create and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the development process and address any challenges.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and engagement.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance the efficiency of product development and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant fields include Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 9 to 16 years in product management or similar roles, with experience in AI and Machine Learning.
  • Key Skills:
  • Proficient understanding of AI and ML tools and models.
  • Expertise in product backlogging and road mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Experience in a technology-oriented environment or startup culture.

Experience

9 to 16 years of relevant experience in product ownership or management, preferably in AI/ML domains.
