## Job Summary The Software Developer will play a critical role in both the development and production support of .NET-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents while also contributing to ongoing development efforts. This position is vital for ensuring the stability and functionality of existing applications and enhances the overall performance of the software systems within the organization.

## Responsibilities - Provide production support for .NET applications, including incident analysis and issue resolution. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise. - Develop and maintain .NET-based applications, utilizing C# and the .NET Framework. - Quickly understand and navigate existing codebases, ensuring efficient code reviews and updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and resolve technical challenges. - Take ownership of legacy systems, ensuring their maintenance and improvement.

## Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in development and support of .NET-based applications. - Strong proficiency in .NET Framework and C#. - Proven experience in production support, including monitoring and incident resolution for .NET applications. - Basic familiarity with Windows Server administration and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. - Willingness to learn and adapt to legacy systems and their maintenance.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with Ansible is a plus.
