People Hunt is hiring Head of Affiliates on behalf of our iGaming start-up client. We are looking for a specialist with experience managing market budgets and knowledge of traffic from PPC,SEO,CPA and other sources. The successful candidate will be involved in overseeing and optimizing affiliate programs while leveraging the power of influencer partnerships. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Identifying and recruiting suitable affiliates and influencers for the program.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers.
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate agreements and contracts.
  • Monitoring affiliate team performance and providing ongoing support and optimization.
  • Tracking affiliate conversions, sales, and commissions accurately.
  • Analyzing data and providing reports on affiliate program performance.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize results.
  • Ensuring compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions and legal guidelines.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable networks for your brand or clients, manage relationships with network representatives, and optimize campaign performance within these networks.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 2 -3 years experience as a Head of Affiliates.
  • Previous professional experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Prove experience with Affiliate Program Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks and platforms.
  • Ability to identify and recruit affiliates and influencers effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
