Diretor de Operações Descrição da Posição Buscamos um(a) Diretor(a) de Operações para assumir a liderança integrada da operação, com responsabilidade por transformar as diretrizes estratégicas da companhia em execução, garantindo controle, previsibilidade, eficiência e capacidade de crescimento.

A posição terá atuação transversal, conectando Operações, Supply Chain, Logística, Comercial, Finanças, Sistemas e Pessoas, com foco na evolução da maturidade operacional, integração entre áreas, melhoria da performance e construção de uma operação preparada para suportar o crescimento da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

Liderar e integrar a operação da companhia, atuando de forma transversal entre empresas, unidades e diferentes áreas do negócio; Traduzir objetivos estratégicos e comerciais em planos operacionais executáveis, estabelecendo prioridades, recursos, prazos, riscos e responsáveis; Estruturar e acompanhar indicadores de performance, metas, planos de ação e rotinas de gestão, fortalecendo a accountability das lideranças; Elevar a maturidade dos processos de S&OP e planejamento integrado de demanda e abastecimento; Acompanhar forecast, compras, fornecedores estratégicos, lead times, disponibilidade e riscos relacionados ao abastecimento; Otimizar níveis de estoque, cobertura, giro, rupturas e capital de giro, reduzindo compras emergenciais e aumentando a previsibilidade da operação; Garantir a performance logística, acompanhando indicadores de OTIF, prazo, custos logísticos, ocorrências e nível de serviço; Mapear e redesenhar processos críticos, reduzindo retrabalho, redundâncias, gargalos e dependência excessiva de pessoas-chave; Promover padronização, documentação, automação e gestão por processos; Liderar, como sponsor executivo, iniciativas relacionadas à evolução de ERP, APS, CRM, BI e demais sistemas operacionais; Conectar as decisões operacionais aos resultados econômico-financeiros da companhia, considerando EBITDA, margem, capital de giro, produtividade e geração de caixa; Manter comunicação executiva objetiva com a alta liderança e interface recorrente com a estrutura internacional do grupo.

Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Logística, Produção ou áreas equivalentes; Experiência sênior em posições de liderança nas áreas de Operações, Supply Chain, Industrial, Logística ou áreas correlatas; Experiência concreta na liderança de operações complexas e multidisciplinares, com visão de ponta a ponta do negócio; Histórico de transformação operacional, com resultados mensuráveis relacionados à eficiência, produtividade, redução de custos, estoques, capital de giro ou melhoria de processos; Experiência com gestão por indicadores, planejamento, S&OP, Supply Chain, estoques e logística; Vivência com P&L, demonstrando capacidade de conectar decisões operacionais a margem, EBITDA, caixa e retorno sobre capital; Experiência na liderança de gestores e equipes, com capacidade de desenvolver pessoas e promover integração entre diferentes áreas; Conhecimento de ERP, APS, BI e utilização de dados para tomada de decisão; Forte visão sistêmica, capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados; Capacidade de atuar junto à alta liderança e, simultaneamente, aprofundar-se na operação quando necessário; Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em ambiente com interface internacional. Requisitos Desejáveis Pós-graduação ou MBA em Operações, Supply Chain, Gestão, Finanças ou Estratégia; Experiência em ambientes B2B, industriais, químicos, distribuição, materiais, agronegócio ou negócios com cadeia de suprimentos relevante; Vivência em empresas familiares profissionalizadas, grupos empresariais em expansão ou multinacionais; Experiência em implantação ou evolução de S&OP/IBP; Participação relevante em projetos de implantação ou transformação de ERP, APS, automação ou transformação digital das operações; Experiência com Lean, melhoria contínua, Six Sigma ou metodologias equivalentes, aplicadas de forma prática; Experiência profissional com exposição internacional e relacionamento com matriz estrangeira; Inglês profissional, especialmente para interação com a estrutura internacional;
