Blagajnik – prodavač

Lokacija: Sarajevo, Orašje

Kao blagajnik, vi ste važan dio svakodnevnog života u prodavnici. Podržavate kupce na kasi i na prodajnom prostoru, dok istovremeno pomažete u dostavama, dopuni i održavanju dobre organizacije prodavnice.

Ova pozicija je otvorena za sve, bilo da vam je ovo prvi posao ili već imate iskustva u maloprodaji. Najvažniji je vaš pozitivan stav i uživanje u radu s ljudima.

Kao dio svog posla, preuzimat ćete različite zadatke u zavisnosti od dnevnih potreba prodavnice:

- posluživanje kupaca na kasi i pružanje prijateljske, profesionalne podrške tokom kupovine

- prijem dostava, premještanje i priprema proizvoda za izložbu u prodavnici

- održavanje polica dobro opremljenih i proizvoda atraktivno izloženim, u skladu sa standardima prodavnice

- briga o svakodnevnom redu i čistoći u prodavnici i skladištu

- podržavamo jedni druge dok se intenzitet rada mijenja iz dana u dan, pomažući da prodavnica funkcioniše bez problema.

- priprema prodavnice za otvaranje i osiguravanje da je spremna za kupce.

Šta je važno u ovoj ulozi:

- voliš raditi s ljudima i uživao bi pomagati kupcima tokom kupovine

- uživate raditi rame uz rame s drugima – timski rad je srž našeg rada

- pozitivan pristup radu i otvorenost prema promjenjivom tempu svakodnevnog života u prodavnici

- spremni ste da ostanete aktivni tokom dana, obavljate fizičke zadatke, kao i radne smjene i vikende.

-biti otvoren za rad u obližnjim prodavnicama kada je potrebna dodatna podrška.
