En Pepco ya estamos preparando los meses de mayor actividad del año y queremos reforzar nuestros equipos de tienda con nuevas incorporaciones a partir de octubre.

Buscamos personas que quieran acompañarnos durante la campaña de otoño y Navidad, incorporándose con tiempo para conocer la tienda, el equipo y nuestra forma de trabajar antes de las semanas más intensas.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Atender y ayudar a nuestros clientes.
  • Trabajar en caja y gestionar cobros.
  • Reponer producto y mantener la tienda ordenada.
  • Colaborar en la recepción y colocación de mercancía.
  • Ayudar al equipo para que la tienda esté preparada incluso en los días de más movimiento.

¿Qué buscamos?

Personas con ganas de trabajar, buena actitud y facilidad para trabajar en equipo.

Valoraremos experiencia previa en tienda, comercio, atención al cliente o puestos similares, aunque lo más importante para nosotros son tus ganas de aprender y aportar.

Necesitamos disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, fines de semana y festivos, especialmente durante los meses de noviembre, diciembre y principios de enero.

  • Contrato temporal de refuerzo para la campaña de otoño y Navidad.
  • Incorporaciones progresivas desde octubre, según las necesidades de cada tienda.
  • Duración prevista hasta después de Reyes.
  • Formación inicial para que conozcas nuestra operativa antes de los momentos de mayor actividad.
  • Un entorno dinámico en el que cada día es diferente y el trabajo en equipo es fundamental.
