LA POSIZIONE

L’Area Merchandiser ha la responsabilità di garantire il rispetto degli standard di Visual Merchandising nei negozi, in particolare:

  • Supporta le nuove aperture dei negozi Pepco in tutta Italia nella fase di allestimento e preparazione dello store, monitorando i costi e assicurandosi che tutti i processi siano condotti in modo efficace;
  • Fornisce supporto ai negozi per garantire l’implementazione e il mantenimento degli standard di Visual Merchandising, sia nei negozi esistenti che nelle nuove aperture;
  • Supervisiona l’esposizione della merce nei negozi, assicurandosi che i layout e le presentazioni siano allineati agli standard aziendali e alle strategie di vendita;
  • Eroga formazioni e trasmette conoscenze allo staff di negozio nell’ambito del Visual Merchandising e Rack Installation anche attraverso l’utilizzo di assessment volti ad intervenire su aree di miglioramento/potenziamento dei negozi esistenti e di nuova apertura.

REQUISITI:

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado (liceo, istituti tecnici);
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
  • Almeno 1 anno di anzianita' aziendale: e' indispensabile aver già coordinato processo di apertura di più negozi anche in contemporanea.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi di lavoro (80% del tempo) e Patente B
  • Residenza in una delle seguenti Regioni: Sicilia, Campania, Calabria;
  • Buone capacita' comunicative, orientamento al risultato, pianificazione. formazione del personale;

Avere competenze avanzate nell’ambito visual merchandising e l’aver maturato esperienze VM in ambito abbigliamento o articoli per la casa sono considerati plus.
