Missions et responsabilités principales

Fonctions quotidiennes

  • Piloter et contrôler la paie externalisée (prestataire SD Works)
  • Limiter les risques d'erreurs sur les bulletins de paie, les STC, les congés maladie, les absences et l'affiliation au centre médico
  • Résoudre des cas complexes et assurer des focus métiers ponctuels
  • Gérer les DSN
  • Contrôler les anomalies liées à la modulation récemment mise en place

Fonctions d'équipe / transverses

  • Participer à la mise en place d'outils d'automatisation, d'indicateurs et de tableaux de bord 05:30
  • Challenger la performance du prestataire de paie
  • Contribuer à des projets transverses (ex. politique de tickets restaurant, avec le service juridique)
  • Porter les sujets lors de réunions et calls en anglais avec les Pays-Bas
  • Appuyer les niveaux inférieurs (GP 1 à 3) afin de les recentrer sur des tâches à plus forte valeur ajoutée

Profil recherché

Expérience

Expérience confirmée en paie, volume important et cas complexes

Compétences techniques

Excel, logiciel GTA, outils de paie / SIRH (liste précise à confirmer par les experts et la manager)

Langues

Anglais courant, B2 minimum

Connaissances spécifiques

Paie 100 % française (pas de paie à l'étranger), modulation du temps de travail, DSN
