This role manages projects from permitting through construction and commissioning, coordinating across engineering, regulatory, and operations teams to deliver facilities that convert organic waste into compost, biogas, or recovered materials.   What You'll Do

Financial & Schedule Control: Track project budgets, cash flow forecasting, and critical path schedules using internal cost controls. Procurement & Contracting: Manage capital equipment purchasing, vendor bidding, and subcontracts negotiation for specialized plant machinery

  What You Bring

7+ years of industrial project management experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically leading EPC delivery for process plants, biogas, or waste-to-energy facilities. Working knowledge of state solid waste permitting and siting requirements, including siting on inactive landfills or other constrained sites Familiarity with odor control, leachate management, and stormwater considerations specific to organics processing Project management skills across budget, schedule, and multi-stakeholder coordination Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
