La risorsa si occuperà di supportare lo sviluppo dei brand attraverso gli accordi con i distributori sui punti vendita già trattanti, la ricerca di nuove opportunità di business e di assicurare il corretto uso e l'implementazione degli asset aziendali e dei materiali di servizio e visibilità, attraverso le reportistiche giornaliere. La risorsa riporterà all'Away From Home Sales Representative Area di lavoro: Marche e Abruzzo Responsibilities Attivazione di nuovi punti vendita: − Svolgere attività di hunting sul territorio assegnato; − Partecipare e supportare le attivazioni nei nuovi punti vendita attraverso la collaborazione con i distributori Ho.Re.Ca.; − Attivare nuovi punti vendita con focus sui formati dispensing (prodotto alla spina) e implementando attività di Trade Marketing, attraverso l'utilizzo di materiali di servizio e visibilità. Monitoraggio costante dei punti vendita clienti: − Implementare le attività di Trade Marketing, assicurando l'allargamento distributivo della gamma prodotti ed eventuali ordini di inserimento prodotti mancanti; − Verificare il corretto posizionamento e funzionamento degli equipments (frigovetrine, impianti alla spina, etc.); − Verificare la "cooler purity" in linea con i criteri PepsiCo; − Effettuare il rilevamento dei volumi, prodotti, asset aziendali attraverso reportistica giornaliera Supporto ai distributori: Supportare i distributori nelle seguenti attività: − Attivazione nuovi punti vendita; − Presidio dei punti vendita trattanti; − Allargamento distributivo dei prodotti PepsiCo Gestione dei materiali e delle attività: − Fornire materiali di visibilità e di servizio su tutti i clienti; − Assicurare il rispetto degli standard sui materiali PoP Reporting & Checking: − Svolgere l'attività di reportistica all’interno dei punti di consumo; − Fornire la reportistica giornaliera sui risultati delle visite ai punti vendita e sullo status degli equipments; − Effettuare analisi sui competitor e del mercato; − Effettuare il tracking degli investimenti effettuati e raccogliere informazioni riguardanti l’operatività del punto vendita Qualifications Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore; Pregressa esperienza (1/2 anni) nella vendita, preferibilmente nel canale del largo consumo − Approccio positivo e proattivo; − Capacità comunicative; − Competenze di vendita; − Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel Compenso e Benefit: • La retribuzione annua lorda prevista per questa posizione è di minimo 30.000 EUR + incentivi. • La sede, le competenze professionali confermate, l’esperienza e il livello di istruzione saranno presi in considerazione per definire la retribuzione iniziale effettiva. • Oltre allo stipendio, PepsiCo offre un pacchetto completo di benefit per supportare i nostri dipendenti e le loro famiglie, soggetto a scelta e criteri di idoneità.
