Overview 在冷库管理过程中，负责种薯的日常管理、安全、账务处理、人员培训等相关工作 Responsibilities 负责冷库日常工作区域的安全、储存管理、人员管理和效率;负责冷库种薯的接收、储存及出库操作中的相关原料数量及库房情况跟踪； 监控、记录、汇报和解决冷库运营的相关问题； 对收获上游运作了解，更好地制定和优化仓储计划，兼顾仓库储存能力和每日卸货能力； 土豆入库后的仓储管理，出库前期对种薯进行分选、分级、种薯催芽等工作；与农场能够及时联系，反馈种薯质量情况和发运进展； 了解土豆种植和病虫害，监控冷库各项运行参数，并依据仓储需要进行必要的调整； 跟踪库房性能改善，对需要改进的地方提出建议； 进行SAP系统操作，确保账目准确性； 与相关部门分享储存数据，分析产生储存问题的原因并提出改进建议； 维持有效的跨职能沟通，并能够承担农业部委派的其他工作，发挥重要作用。 Qualifications 性格要求： 为人诚信、公正，在处理工作和人际关系时坚持原则，实事求是，不弄虚作假； 关注细节，工作细致努力、认真有热情、具有吃苦耐劳精神； 有责任感及紧迫感,能适应工作条件的快速变化，时间及组织观念强沟通能力强，具有团队精神，能协调复杂工作； 敢于提出问题，愿意与团队持续提高； 技能要求： 专科以上, 农业相关专业优先，5年以上中级仓库管理或供应链管理知识工作经验； 对设备有较好的知识，包括农业装卸设备，农业生产设备、农业冷冻设备、熟悉土豆病害、质量等知识； 较好的数据分析和问题解决能力，运用数据阐述观点和说明问题； 较强的第三方管理能力； 较好的职业技能包括报告的书写、办公软件的使用、中等英语能力（口头和书写）是必须的，较好的学习意愿。
