Relevant du Gestionnaire Qualité et sécurité alimentaire, le ou la Coordonnateur(rice) en qualité et sécurité alimentaire est responsable du maintien et de l’amélioration des programmes qualité, incluant les contrôles préventifs, les plaintes consommateurs et la surveillance environnementale. Le/la candidat(e) veille à la conformité réglementaire et encadre les actions correctives nécessaires pour assurer la qualité et la sécurité des produits. Le poste est basé à notre usine de Lévis. Communiquer l’information nécessaire au personnel concerné afin d’assurer l’intégrité des systèmes. · Mettre à jour et faire le suivi des documents en lien avec le programme GFSI (Registres, procédures, etc.) · Valider les contrôles préventifs des procédés et faire le suivi des CAPA, tout en suivant la norme FSMA. · Mettre à jour les matrices allergènes et les feuilles de codes de produits lors d’un nouveau produit. · Assurer le suivi et la documentation des non-conformités et des mises en retenue. · S’occuper des différente vérifications, validation et calibrations. · Coordonner selon un calendrier les différents audits, les différentes rencontres à prévoir, les formations à l’embauche et les formations continues. · Investigation des plaintes de consommateur en lien avec la sécurité du produit. · Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l’usine. · Formation Académique : DEC en technique de laboratoire ou domaine connexe. · 2 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste lié à la qualité et sécurité alimentaire. · Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais). · Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide. · Capacité à travailler en équipe. · Excellentes compétences analytiques.
