Responsibilities Jouw team en werkomgeving Je werkt op de afdeling Warehouse en rapporteert aan de Front Line Manager. Dagelijks stem je af met operators, logistiek coördinatoren en collega's uit productie. Samen zorgen jullie voor continuïteit, kwaliteit en een soepele goederenstroom. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen verpakking, logistiek en opslag. Responsibilities Start installaties op en controleer instellingen. Bewaak transportbanen, ZIP-decks en palletizers. Stuur processen bij bij afwijkingen of storingen. Zorg voor correcte palletisering en labeling. Verplaats goederen met pompwagen of heftruck. Voer eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines uit. Schakel tijdig technische ondersteuning in. Registreer productieovergangen en afwijkingen. Draag verbetervoorstellen aan voor processen. Bewaak veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsvoorschriften. Qualifications Wat vragen wij van jou? Het hebben van logistiek inzicht, prioriteiten kunnen stellen en een achtergrond in logistieke of technische opleiding op mbo-niveau zorgt dat je snel groeit binnen PepsiCo. Je hebt technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen. Je houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten. Je werkt veilig en kwaliteitsbewust. Je neemt eigenaarschap over jouw werkgebied. Je communiceert helder met collega's en leidinggevenden. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Wat bieden wij jou? Brutosalaris: €2.959,20 - €3.638,55 per maand. 22% ploegentoeslag. Een jaarcontract voor 40 uur per week. 8% vakantietoeslag in april. 7,7% eindejaarsuitkering in november. KPI-bonus tot maximaal €1.000. Korting op zorgverzekering.
