The posting

Overview Every pack of Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda or Sting in Saudi Arabia is a chance to start a conversation. Consumer engagement at PepsiCo, from our loyalty app to CRM, campaigns, reward partnerships and consumer care, is where those conversations turn into rewards, challenges and lasting relationships, and we are looking for the person who will make it all feel unmistakably Saudi. This is a rare two-in-one role. You will be the trusted face of our Consumer Engagement team inside our KSA office, working shoulder to shoulder with Snacks and Beverages brand teams to turn their ambitions into campaigns consumers actually want to join. You will also be the chief custodian of how PepsiCo sounds in KSA: the language, tone and personality of every push notification, in-app message, email and reply that reaches a consumer. You will work as one team with our Cairo-based Consumer Engagement colleagues, and you will be the voice of the Saudi market in every room. It suits someone with 2-4 years in consumer engagement, CRM or brand marketing who loves great Arabic copy, cares about the craft, gets things done through others, and wants a role where their fingerprints are on what Saudi consumers see and feel every day. Why you will love this role? Your words reach consumers. You set how iconic brands sound in KSA, and you see the effect in campaign results within days. Real ownership. You run campaigns end to end and advise senior brand managers, rather than executing a handed-down brief. Many hats, one purpose. Creative writing, CRM, partnerships and analytics come together in one role, and you will grow across all of them. A seat between markets. You connect the KSA brand teams with a regional digital team, which gives you visibility and a network few roles offer. A team that grows with you. You will lead trainees, and this role is a natural step toward larger consumer engagement and CRM responsibilities at PepsiCo. Responsibilities Be the bridge between KSA brands and the Consumer Engagement team Act as the primary liaison between the KSA Snacks and Beverages brand teams and the Consumer Engagement team in Cairo, turning brand priorities into clear briefs, campaigns and channel plans. Plan and run brand campaigns end to end: brainstorm ideas, shape the concept, brief partners, launch, and report back on results. Campaigns are allocated across snack and beverage brands by workload. Contribute consumer engagement input to the KSA brand team's 2027 Annual Operating Plan campaign plan and E-commerce and Away-from-Home plan, and to quarterly brand reviews. Support consumer engagement media planning with the media team and agency partners, and manage influencer collaborations alongside our agency. Be the guardian of our voice Own the language and tone of consumer engagement in KSA across every touchpoint, including the app, push notifications, in-app messages and email, and keep the tone-of-voice guidance and Arabic and English glossary current. Write and adapt Arabic-first copy (English where needed) that sounds natively Saudi, respects culture and delights consumers. Review content from the team and agencies before it goes live. Plan creative work, brief designers and agencies, and review output against brand standards. Consolidate the quarterly content calendar across brands and channels, including engagement and educational CRM notifications. Run the CRM engine Own push, in-app and email content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: build, test, schedule and launch. Monitor the performance of each campaign, and turn results into optimisation ideas the brands can act on. Test app updates, enhancements and new features, and raise IT tickets when something needs fixing. Grow the rewards ecosystem Manage relationships with loyalty aggregators, reward partners and direct Saudi partners, and help source rewards that consumers value. Raise purchase orders, handle quotes, and follow up on invoice payments and goods receipts, starting with Snacks and coordinating with Beverages. Track budgets so every campaign lands on plan. Be the consumer's advocate Own and regularly refresh the complaint-handling templates, and handle and consolidate consumer complaints, raising IT tickets where needed. Manage app store reviews and replies so consumers feel heard. Handle COC-related matters for KSA campaigns and partners. Build the next generation Hire, train and coach one to two trainees in KSA, and help them grow into confident marketers. Qualifications Required 2–4 years of experience in consumer engagement, CRM, loyalty or brand and digital marketing, ideally in FMCG, retail, food and beverage, or a consumer app. Native or near-native Arabic with outstanding writing skills, and professional English. You can tell when a line sounds right to a Saudi consumer. Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; Braze, CleverTap or similar also valued) across push, in-app and email. A track record of running campaigns end to end, from idea and brief through launch and results, including working with creative, media or digital agencies. Comfort with numbers: you can read a campaign dashboard, work confidently in Excel, and turn engagement metrics into a next step. Strong organisation and follow-through across many workstreams, including budgets, purchase orders and vendor follow-ups. A collaborative, confident communicator who can influence brand teams and work smoothly with colleagues in another country. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field. Preferred Experience in an FMCG or CPG company in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC, and familiarity with Saudi consumer culture, Khaleeji dialect and key seasonal moments such as Ramadan, National Day and Founding Day. Experience with loyalty or rewards apps, on-pack QR promotions, receipt scanning, challenges or gamified mechanics. Experience working with loyalty aggregators, reward vendors or voucher partners. Experience owning a brand's tone of voice or writing style guide in Arabic and English. Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or SQL) and A/B testing. Experience handling app store reviews, consumer complaints or customer care escalations. Exposure to influencer marketing and media planning. Experience coaching interns or junior colleagues. Experience in a multinational, matrixed organisation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
