Implement governance standards, planning routines, and performance reviews that improve promotional decision-making, accountability, and business outcomes. Drive Promo Planning, Execution Excellence & Performance Own the promotional calendar across customers, channels, and key promotional levers. Work in close collaboration with the Business Development team to manage and monitor the timely launch of promotional campaigns in digital systems, ensuring accurate execution across customers and sales channels. Lead the monthly promotional re-planning cycle, incorporating business performance, supply constraints, customer requirements, and market dynamics. Monitor promotional execution and in-flight performance against agreed plans and standards, identifying risks, compliance gaps, and corrective actions. Partner with Sales teams on competitive promotional monitoring and ensure insights are reflected in future plans. Build Promo Excellence Capability Lead post-promotion evaluation and embed learnings into future planning cycles. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
