Responsibilities În acest rol, vei asigura funcționarea eficientă a utilajelor și echipamentelor industriale din punct de vedere mecanic, prin realizarea activităților de mentenanță preventivă și corectivă, diagnosticarea și remedierea defecțiunilor mecanice, pneumatice și hidraulice. Vei contribui la optimizarea proceselor de producție, implementarea soluțiilor de îmbunătățire și colaborarea cu echipele de producție și mentenanță, respectând standardele de siguranță, calitate și performanță. Responsabilitati: • Coordonează și organizează activitatea zilnică a echipei de mentenanță mecanică, asigurând funcționarea continuă și eficientă a utilajelor și echipamentelor de producție. • Planifică și execută lucrări de mentenanță preventivă și corectivă, analizează cauzele defecțiunilor și implementează soluții pentru reducerea timpilor de oprire și creșterea fiabilității echipamentelor. • Colaborează cu echipele de producție pentru intervenții tehnice, reglarea și punerea în funcțiune a utilajelor, participă la proiecte de modernizare și îmbunătățire a proceselor și gestionează necesarul de piese de schimb și materiale. • Întocmește documentația și rapoartele tehnice, coordonează și sprijină dezvoltarea echipei de mentenanță și asigură respectarea standardelor de siguranță, calitate, protecția mediului și siguranța alimentului, contribuind la atingerea obiectivelor de performanță ale departamentului. Qualifications Calificari: • Studii superioare în domeniul mecanic • Experiență de minimum 2 ani într-un rol similar și cunoștințe solide de mecanică, pneumatică și hidraulică • Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel mediu • Competențe de operare PC (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook) • Bune abilități de comunicare și colaborare, spirit organizatoric, capacitatea de a prioritiza activitățile și de a coordona eficient lucrările de mentenanță într-un mediu de producție.
