Обязанности: 1 Взаимодействовать с основными заинтересованными сторонами для выявления возможностей повышения операционной эффективности. 2 Определять и предоставлять финансовое обоснование проектов для формирования четкой цели по достижению ощутимых бизнес-результатов. 3 Использовать эффективные методы управления проектами с целью: • Создания проектных команд; • Управления командами для реализации проектов с помощью методологии, обеспечивающей выявление и решение проблем; • Отслеживание статуса и результатов проекта; • Устранение и эскалации препятствий в рамках проекта. 4 Определять возможные узкие места при интеграции с другими проектами/процессами и координировать внедряемые улучшения с соответствующими владельцами проектов/процессов для достижения целей проекта. 5 Обмен лучшими практиками внедрения на региональном уровне и в европейском секторе. Требования: 1 Желателен опыт работы в направлении Lean Six Sigma. 2 Навыки убеждения – способность мотивировать руководителей площадок поддерживать проекты, предоставлять ресурсы, время и т.д. 3 Навыки управления проектами для координации подхода к реализации в разных локациях. Способность руководить функциональными проектными командами. 4 Навыки эффективной коммуникации и способность привлекать к LSS повестке множество заинтересованных лиц от вице-президента до фронтлайна. 5 Умение проводить техническую/аналитическую оценку и использовать полученный результат для трансформации затрат. 6 Инициативность и ориентация на процесс с четким фокусом на продвижение стандартизированного глобального подхода для достижения высоких стандартов во всех локациях. 7 Ориентированность на результат, на продвижение изменений, способность мыслить в направлении эффективности бизнес-процессов. 8 Свободное владение русским и английским языками. Отличное владение MS Office.
