Overview Обязанности: Глубокое понимание устройства, принципов работы и технического обслуживания производственного оборудования, включая линии розлива и процессное оборудование (пастеризаторы, гомогенизаторы, стерилизаторы, теплообменники и др.); Обслуживание и ремонт оборудования пищевого производства; Проведение профилактического и капитального ремонта; Диагностика неисправностей и устранение неполадок; Настройка и оптимизация работы оборудования для повышения эффективности производственных процессов. Responsibilities Требования: Высшее или среднее специальное техническое образование по специальностям: "Механика и машиностроение", "Автоматизация технологических процессов и производств", "Электромеханика", "Пищевая инженерия" или аналогичные направления. Знания в области механики, электрики, пневматики и гидравлики; Опыт диагностики и устранения неисправностей в работе оборудования; Навыки работы с системами автоматизации и управления, такими как ПЛК (программируемые логические контроллеры), SCADA-системы, будет преимуществом; Опыт работы с технической документацией: умение читать и интерпретировать чертежи, электрические схемы, инструкции по эксплуатации и ремонту; Опыт работы с измерительными приборами (мультиметры, микрометры, щупы и др.); Готовность к работе в сменном графике и возможным сверхурочным или ночным сменам; Готовность к физическим нагрузкам и работе в производственных условиях (влажность, температура, шум).
