Обязанности: Ведение документооборота склада, связанного с движением ТМЦ на складах путем проводки отгрузок, приходов, возвратов, перемещений готовой продукции, сырья, материалов и тар, своевременное и корректное предоставление информации различным подразделениям и клиентам Компании, а также, коммуникации с сотрудниками склада логистического провайдера; Своевременное предоставление отчетности по стокам, движениям, срокам годности внутри компании на ежесменной, еженедельной, ежемесячной основе в рамках инструкций, процедур компании; Работа с заказами (обработка, назначение на сборку); Мониторинг наличия продукции на складе, контроль стоков, сроков годности; Ведение баз данных (SAP, gTMS, WMS); Участие в инвентаризациях, в прохождении корпоративного аудита. Требования: Образование не ниже средне-специального; Знания компьютера на уровне уверенного пользователя (MS Office, Outlook, Excel); Опыт работы в системах учета-WMS (желательно); Опыт работы в программе SAP (желательно); Можно без складского опыта. Условия: Трудоустройство в ООО "Пепсико Холдингс" на должность "Администратор группы административной поддержки"; Добровольное медицинское страхование и страхование жизни (ДМС); Рост и развитие в крупной международной компании; Ежегодная индексация заработной платы; График работы: 2 день 1 выходной 2 ночь 3 выходных с 9:00 до 21:00, или с 21:00 до 9:00ч; Корпоративный транспорт: м.Новогиреево, Балашиха.
