Обязанности: Лидирование повестки бережливого производства на площадке Лидировать повестку Productivity и Lean Six Sigma Обеспечение надежной и эффективной работы производственного оборудования за счет анализа производственных показателей и реализации инициатив по повышению эффективности (Productivity, True eff, снижение потерь ингредиентов и упаковки Yield ) Лидирование проектов по оптимизации процессов, снижению затрат и повышению производительности Участие во внедрении новых продуктов и запуске оборудования (от тестирования до выхода на целевые показатели) Руководить разработкой и внедрением технических стандартов, процедур и инструкций Ведение отчетности и оценка экономического эффекта реализуемых проектов, контроль за выполнением поставленных ежемесячных и годовых целей по экономии через систему Power Steering Инициирование и внедрение лучших практик и подходов непрерывных улучшений Требования: Высшее образование (техническое как преимущество) Опыт управления производственной или технической командой от 3 лет Опыт работы на производстве (предпочтительно FMCG) Знание современных подходов к техническому обслуживанию и ремонту оборудования Понимание принципов работы оборудования и технологических процессов Опыт анализа производственной эффективности и внедрения улучшений Знание стандартов качества и пищевой безопасности (HACCP, GMP) Знание требований в области охраны труда и промышленной безопасности Навыки управления проектами и реализации изменений Ключевые компетенции: Знание и умение применять инструменты и системы бережливого производства ( LEAN/ SPARK/IWS или аналогичные) Ориентация на результат Лидерство и развитие команды Аналитическое и системное мышление Навыки кросс-функционального взаимодействия Инициативность и непрерывное улучшение Знание Английского- преимущество Наличие статуса «Зелёного пояса» в концепции кайдзен- преимущество
