Ми шукаємо експерта, який буде розвивати системи управління якістю, підтримувати відповідність міжнародним стандартам, координувати аудити та сприяти формуванню культури безпечного виробництва на сучасному виробничому комплексі. Responsibilities Підтримка та розвиток системи менеджменту якості та безпечності харчової продукції. Розробка, впровадження та актуалізація політик, процедур, стандартів і документації відповідно до законодавства, корпоративних вимог та стандартів PepsiCo. Організація та супровід внутрішніх і зовнішніх аудитів (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, QAS, AIB тощо), контроль виконання коригувальних заходів. Координація роботи команди HACCP, перегляд та оновлення планів HACCP, проведення валідації та верифікації процесів безпечності. Оцінка ризиків і небезпек під час запуску нових продуктів, впровадження CAPEX, OPEX та інших виробничих проєктів. Контроль відповідності виробництва вимогам GMP, GWP та іншим стандартам належної виробничої практики. Координація програм боротьби зі шкідниками та забезпечення простежуваності продукції. Організація навчання працівників і підрядників з питань якості, безпечності харчової продукції та культури виробництва. Qualifications Освіта – вища, бажано в галузі технології виробництва, хімічних, біологічних, еколого-медичних наук, експертизи харчових продуктів тощо. Досвід роботи на посаді - не менше 2 років роботи у виробництві харчової продукції. Спеціальні знання та навички: досвід в управлінні системами менеджменту якості та безпечності харчової продукції; досвід успішної сертифікації систем управління безпекою харчових продуктів на відповідність вимогам GFSI; досвід участі в роботі групи НАССР та вміння ставити в основі своєї роботи концепцію НАССР для забезпечення безпеки продукції підприємства; вміння застосовувати техніку оцінки ризиків та небезпек в різних ситуаціях; досвід організації та проведення аудитів систем якості (внутрішніх, зовнішніх); володіння ПК на рівні досвідченого користувача - Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint; спеціальні документи – сертифікати, підтверджуючі проходження навчальних курсів вимогам ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000 (або BRC, або IFS), проведенню аудитів систем якості (ISO 19001/FSSC 22000, QAS), управлінню харчовими алергенами та інш.
