The posting

Обязанности: Выполнять диагностику электрических и электронных узлов автоматизированных систем управления основного и вспомогательного оборудования и устранять неисправность (аппаратным и/или программным способом), с целью обеспечения его бесперебойной работы. Проводить техническое обслуживание и ремонт основного и вспомогательного оборудования с целью снижения простоев и повышения эффективности использования оборудования. Проводить регулярный анализ проблем на основе детализации потерь в работе оборудования, для последующей выработки превентивных мер. Проверять параметры контрольных приборов и средств измерения и при необходимости производить корректировку и оптимизацию, в соответствии с актуальной документацией. Выполнять установку программного обеспечения на системы диагностики, технологические контроллеры, панели оператора. Вносить данные об использованных запасных частях во время ремонтов и плановопредупредительных ремонтах в систему, контролировать остаток запасных частей на складе с целью обеспечения минимального резерва для проведения плановых и аварийных ремонтов. Совместно с проектным отделом и отделом обеспечения производства, разрабатывать и внедрять проекты направленные на повышение надёжности и эффективности использования оборудования и снижение затрат на его обслуживание. Формировать отчёты по факту выполненных работ по ремонту, наладке и обслуживанию в рамках действующей системы ТОРО (техническое обслуживание ремонт оборудования). Создавать отчёты по итогам проведения причинно-следственного анализа по аварийным ситуациям на оборудовании. Требования: Опыт работы по техническому обслуживанию АСУ. Желателен опыт работы на поточном производстве. Опыт параметрирования частотных преобразователей, калибровки датчиков. Умение работать с электроизмерительными приборами. Навык чтения электрических схем. Группа по эл.безопасности не ниже III до 1000В - преимущество.
