The posting

Обязанности: Ежедневно формировать данные по объему работ для стикеровки акцизными марками и аннотациями на основании прогнозов отдела планирования и производства. Осуществлять выдачу акцизных марок в производство и стикеров ответственным сотрудникам аутсорсинга. Вести журнал учета акцизных марок, фиксировать выдачу и возврат. Проводить ежедневную инвентаризацию складов акцизных марок и стикеров (в начале и в конце смены). Ежедневно осуществлять визуальный контроль продукции в процессе и после стикеровки, проводить выборочную проверку продукции собственного производства и импортной продукции на наличие акцизных и учетно-контрольных марок и соответствие диапазона номеров, указанного в решении налогового органа. Вести реестр брака и обеспечивать его учет в установленном порядке. Формировать отчетность по стикерам, акцизным и учетно- контрольным маркам. Производить расчёт потребности и своевременно получать в уполномоченных органах акцизные и учетно-контрольные марки для импорта и собственного производства. Производить расчёт потребности и своевременно заказывать расходные материалы для обеспечения своевременной стикеровки продукции. Работать в системе 1С (оформления прихода, учет, списание, сверки акцизных и учетно-контрольных марок) на основании первичных документов. Участвовать в ежемесячных инвентаризациях. Взаимодействовать с налоговым органом по заказу, получению, возврату акцизных и учетно-контрольных марок. Сдавать ежемесячный отчет в налоговый орган по учетно-контрольным маркам. Взаимодействовать с поставщиком стикеров. Взаимодействовать с поставщиком услуг для достижения 100% выполнения плана по нанесению аннотации и акцизных марок на готовую продукцию Обеспечивать своевременную и полную отправку акцизных и учётно-контрольных марок на площадки изготовителя Требования: Образование – высшее или средне-специальное; Опыт работы в сфере складского или бухгалтерского учёта не менее 1 года Знание основ складской логистики, основ бухгалтерского учёта, желателен опыт работы в 1С Хорошее знание офисных программ (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
