Overview Обеспечивать прозрачность, корректность и своевременность процессов учета торгового оборудования и связанных компенсационных выплат. Позиция отвечает за проведение выплат только при наличии необходимых согласований, подтверждения установки оборудования и полного комплекта документов, а также за минимизацию финансовых и операционных рисков. Responsibilities Проверять наличие необходимых согласований и подтверждение фактической установки торгового оборудования до осуществления компенсационной выплаты дистрибьютору. Обеспечивать соответствие данных в учетных системах, подтверждающей документации, информации о фактическом состоянии оборудования и расчетах компенсаций. Контролировать корректность расчета, согласования и выплаты компенсаций в рамках утвержденного бюджета. Проверять полноту, достоверность и качество сопровождающей документации и формировать полный пакет закрывающих документов. Предотвращать необоснованные и дублирующие выплаты на основании анализа истории компенсаций, данных по оборудованию и подтверждающих документов. Выявлять и анализировать расхождения, риски и контрольные пробелы; координировать корректирующие действия с вовлеченными сторонами. Консультировать команды Sales, Finance и другие подразделения по вопросам учета оборудования, компенсационных процедур, требований к документации и качества данных. Участвовать в совершенствовании, стандартизации и автоматизации процессов контроля торгового оборудования и компенсационных выплат. Qualifications Опыт работы от 2 лет в трейд-маркетинге, финансовом контроле, коммерческих операциях или смежных направлениях. Практический опыт работы с документацией, компенсационными выплатами, бюджетным контролем или операционными процессами. Навыки анализа данных, сопоставления информации из разных источников и выявления расхождений. Уверенное владение Microsoft Excel, включая сводные таблицы, функции поиска и сопоставления данных и работу с большими массивами информации. Высокая внимательность к деталям, системный подход и способность соблюдать установленные сроки. Навыки кросс-функционального взаимодействия и эффективной коммуникации с внутренними и внешними партнерами. Опыт работы с ERP-системами и другими корпоративными системами учета данных. Опыт участия в проектах по стандартизации, автоматизации или улучшению контрольных процессов. Понимание процессов управления торговым оборудованием и взаимодействия с дистрибьюторами. Высокий уровень самостоятельности, ответственности и ориентации на качество результата.
