Обязанности: • Эффективно планировать работу производства • Проводить расстановку персонала по линиям и выдачу сменного задания • Проводить расчет суточной потребности сырья и материалов, расчёт/корректировка данных по производственным мощностям (ежемесячно), анализ эффективности использования производственного оборудования (ежесменно) • Организовывать проведение тестирования новых видов сырья и упаковочных материалов • Организовывать приём и передачу смен • Принимать участие в бюджетировании, составлении заявок по закупкам / выполнению работ подрядными организациями • Вести непрерывный технологический процесс, лидировать мероприятия по уменьшению потерь продукта, сырья и упаковочного материала, расхода технических сред • Контролировать правильность эксплуатации оборудования • Участвовать в проведении инвентаризаций • Производить оценку деятельности подчинённых и выносить поощрения и взыскания • Планировать и реализовывать проверки оборудования по микробиологии • Проводить запуск новых линий, производственных участков • Участвовать в разработке и совершенствовании технологических процессов и режимов производства. • Организовывать подбор и обучение сотрудников для новых линий / участков. • Вовлекать сотрудников в мероприятия по повышению эффективности работы оборудования, улучшениям и бережливого производства, ответственности за выпуск продукции высокого качества и экономного использования ресурсов • Контролировать соблюдение стандартов производства, стандартов компании, проводить обучение/корректировать работу по стандартам работы и эффективному взаимодействию сотрудников с другими подразделениями Требования: Образование: высшее/ неоконченное высшее/среднее специальное (желательно техническое/технологическое образование) Опыт работы на производственном предприятии FMCG (инженер, начальник цеха, начальник участка, старший мастер, мастер и т.п.) Знание требований стандартов ISO 9001; ISO 22000 ПК - SAP, MS Office Отличные лидерские и организаторские качества, энергичность, стремление к улучшению производственного процесса, проактивная позиция, аналитические способности
