Overview Это роль по управлению технологической и инженерной частью проекта строительства завода в Алматы: от предпроектной подготовки и разработки технических решений до реализации, монтажа и пуско-наладки оборудования. Также роль отвечает за сроки, бюджет, инвестиционное планирование и координацию всех участников проекта. Responsibilities Разработка базовых концепций и стандартов проектных работ в области проектирования, монтажа технологических процессов и упаковочного оборудования в рамках проекта строительства нового завода по производству соленых закусок в г. Алматы (Казахстан). Выполнение предпроектной подготовки для инициирования проекта (бюджетные оценки, графики, презентации и др. материалы). Оценка и внедрение передовых мировых технологий и стандартов ПепсиКо. Подготовка технического задания на проектирование на основе исходных данных, полученных от отделов, задействованных в проекте. Взаимодействие с другими департаментами и подразделениями при подготовке и реализации проекта. Анализ и обоснование технологических и технических решений по проектам. Нахождение и внедрение технических решений по усовершенствованию и повышению эффективности оборудования. Контроль и соблюдение графика реализации проектов. Контроль согласованного бюджета проекта в соответствии с действующими политиками и процедурами Компании. Своевременное предоставление отчетности по проекту по установленной форме. Подготовка ежегодного плана инвестиций компании (АОР). Обеспечение точности исполнения плана в течение года в соответствии с поставленными целями на год. Участие в подготовке стратегического планирования инвестиционных проектов. Подготовка планов развития и обучения персонала совместно с отделом персонала. Разработка и обеспечение выполнения плана пуско-наладочных работ. Qualifications Высшее образование. Опыт работы в соответствующей сфере не менее 7 лет (предпочтительно в области FMCG). Опыт управления стартапом производственной площадки в Казахстане. Понимание процессов в области пищевой промышленности. Высокий уровень навыков коммуникации, презентации. Высокий уровень навыков в области управления проектами. Свободное владение специализированными информационными системами и офисными приложениями. Английский язык на уровне не ниже Upper Intermediate.
