Responsibilities Παραλαβή & Αποθήκευση (Receiving & Storage) Παραλαμβάνει και αποθηκεύει όλες τις εισερχόμενες πρώτες ύλες ή τα τελικά προϊόντα στην αποθήκη σύμφωνα με: Την αρχή FEFO (First Expired – First Out), δηλαδή το προϊόν που λήγει πρώτο χρησιμοποιείται πρώτο. Τις απαιτήσεις διαχείρισης και διαχωρισμού αλλεργιογόνων. Τους κανόνες αποθήκευσης και τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Εκφορτώνει πατάτες και τις αποθηκεύει ανά παρτίδα (lot) στην αποθήκη πατάτας. Καταμετρά τα μεγάλα σακιά (big bags) ανά παρτίδα και τροφοδοτεί τη γραμμή επεξεργασίας πατάτας. Τροφοδοσία Παραγωγής & Επιστροφές (Production Supply & Returns) Τροφοδοτεί την παραγωγή με πρώτες ύλες βάσει του προγράμματος παραγωγής και του BOM (Bill of Materials), διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με την αρχή FEFO. Εκτελεί όλες τις εντολές του WMS (Warehouse Management System) σχετικά με την εκτέλεση παραγγελιών, την αναπλήρωση θέσεων συλλογής, τις εισερχόμενες παραδόσεις και τις επιστροφές. Σαρώνει τα κιβώτια κατά την παράδοσή τους στην ομάδα τροφοδοσίας παραγωγής. Αναπληρώνει τις θέσεις συλλογής προϊόντων (picking locations). Μετακινεί παλέτες προς και από τις θέσεις αποθήκευσης. Οργανώνει και αποθηκεύει πλήρεις παλέτες που επιστρέφονται από την παραγωγή. Χειρισμός Εξοπλισμού & Συμμόρφωση με Διαδικασίες (Equipment Handling & Procedure Compliance) Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή φόρτιση των μπαταριών των κλαρκ. Αναφέρει άμεσα οποιαδήποτε ζημιά, δυσλειτουργία ή βλάβη εξοπλισμού. Τηρεί αυστηρά τις διαδικασίες Υγείας & Ασφάλειας καθώς και τις απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας τροφίμων. Υγεία, Ασφάλεια & Περιβάλλον (Health, Safety & Environment - HSE) Υποστηρίζει τις πολιτικές και τα προγράμματα Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος της εταιρείας. Κατανοεί τους κινδύνους που σχετίζονται με τη θέση εργασίας και τα απαιτούμενα μέτρα πρόληψης και ελέγχου. Αναφέρει άμεσα κινδύνους, περιστατικά, τραυματισμούς, επαγγελματικές ασθένειες και καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης. Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε δραστηριότητες και εκπαιδεύσεις HSE. Επιδεικνύει ασφαλή συμπεριφορά και ακολουθεί τις εγκεκριμένες ασφαλείς διαδικασίες εργασίας. Εφαρμόζει με συνέπεια τις αρχές και πρακτικές ασφαλούς εργασίας. Αναφέρει όλες τις μη ασφαλείς συνθήκες εργασίας που παρατηρεί. Ελέγχει και συμμορφώνεται με όλες τις διαδικασίες και κανονισμούς ασφάλειας. Χρησιμοποιεί σωστά και συστηματικά όλο τον παρεχόμενο προστατευτικό εξοπλισμό, τα μέσα ασφαλείας, τα εργαλεία και τα Μέσα Ατομικής Προστασίας (ΜΑΠ/PPE). Qualifications Δήλωση επαγγελματικής δραστηριότητας. Βασικές γνώσεις λειτουργίας αποθήκης και διαχείρισης υλικών. Εξοικείωση με σαρωτές RF (ραδιοσυχνοτήτων) και συστήματα barcode. Ικανότητα υποστήριξης εργασιών φόρτωσης και εκφόρτωσης. Κατανόηση των αρχών FEFO/FIFO για τη διαχείριση και εναλλαγή αποθεμάτων. Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακρίβεια στην εργασία. Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων εργασίας.
