Обязанности: Разрабатывать совместно с руководящими работниками площадки, начальником отдела ОТ и ЭБ и внедрять во всех подразделениях площадки систему управления охраной труда и экологической безопасности, соответствующую корпоративными политикам, стандартам и требованиями законодательства РФ Расследовать несчастные случаи, аварии, инциденты и происшествия без последствий в соответствии с требованиями Компании и законодательства РФ во всех подразделениях площадки Формировать отчетность по охране труда и экологической безопасности, предусмотренную законодательством РФ и корпоративными требованиями, в том числе в системе MyEHS Контролировать проведение всех видов инструктажей, предусмотренных законодательством РФ и требованиями стандартов GEHSMS для персонала. Проводить вводные инструктажи по охране труда. Контролировать своевременность обучения и проверок знаний персонала по охране труда Оказывать поддержку во внедрении GEHSMS стандартов, проводить совместно с держателями стандартов самооценку по стандартам GEHSMS во всех подразделениях площадки. Участвовать в GEHSMS аудитах в качестве аудитора по запросу руководителей функции ОТ и ЭБ России Участвовать в проведении специальной оценки условий труда в соответствии с требованиями законодательства РФ Организовывать медицинские осмотры, контролировать обеспеченность работников средствами оказания доврачебной помощи Контролировать обеспечение сотрудников компании средствами индивидуальной защиты надлежащего качества и в соответствии с нормами и условиями труда Взаимодействовать с федеральными и муниципальными службами и органами власти по вопросам, связанными с охраной труда и экологической безопасностью. Требования: Образование: высшее профессиональное в сфере охраны труда, экологии или высшее техническое. При наличии высшего технического образования требуется наличие профессиональной переподготовки в сфере охраны труда (программа 256 часов) Опыт работы на производственном предприятии в сфере охраны труда и экологической безопасности не менее 1 года Наличие обучения и проверки знаний требований охраны труда, экологии, подтвержденные сертификатами, протоколами или удостоверениями Знание основ законодательства РФ и нормативной документации в области ОТ и Экологической безопасности Знание основных требований международных стандартов, стандартов РФ в области охраны труда, экологической безопасности и корпоративных стандартов GEHSMS (Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System – система управления ОТ и ЭБ) Опыт внедрения и поддержания процессов системы управления охраной труда и экологической безопасности Высокие коммуникативные навыки. Опыт взаимодействия с руководителями структурных подразделений и предприятия, представителями надзорных и контрольных органов государственной власти Знание основ менеджмента и экономики организации, бюджетного планирования, управления по целям, управления проектами Английский язык: базовый уровень (рекомендуется) Уверенный пользователь ПК.
