Обязанности: Осуществлять взаимодействие со складской службой, в целях контроля своевременности отгрузки и сборки заказов Своевременно вносить коррективы в маршруты и информировать водителей-экспедиторов об изменении адреса доставки, часов работы клиента, формы оплаты и д.р., на основании информации, полученной от специалистов отдела продаж и клиентского сервиса. Обеспечивать своевременное и точное открытие и закрытие путевых листов и выдачу маршрутных листов для арендных водителей Фиксировать начало/ окончание рабочего времени Водителей-экспедиторов, пробег грузовика доставки по каждому маршруту доставки. Взаимодействовать с супервайзерами отдела доставки при замене заболевших водителей-экспедиторов и замене неисправных автомобилей. Учитывать необходимость обеспечения выполнения требования законодательства РФ, в части соблюдения режима труда и отдыха водителями-экспедиторами, при необходимости корректировки планируемых графиков работы водителей-экспедиторов компании, получать подтверждение таких изменений от супервайзеров подразделений доставки. Создавать маршруты для доставок «день в день» и самовывоза, вносить корректировки в текущие запланированные маршруты, с учетом актуальных изменений по наличию/отсутствию ресурсов (люди, грузовики). Выполнение целевых показателей, стоящих перед подразделением доставки, а так же личных показателей эффективности работы Обеспечивать сохранность рабочих документов и имущества компании, находящихся в распоряжении. Решение задач, связанных с оказанием поддержки и координации действий водителей на маршруте, с целью улучшения качества сервиса предоставляемого компанией клиентам, при доставки продукции. Формировать ежедневную оперативную отчетность и предоставлять ее руководителям подразделений отдела доставки Формировать файл по учету отработанного рабочего времени водителей-экспедиторов отдела доставки Коммуникация с подразделениями компании, с целью получения информации для своевременного и качественного обеспечения доставки продукции. Осуществлять оперативный контроль и вносить соответствующие изменения по наличию или выбытию ресурсов (водителей и грузовиков) для работы по доставке продукции на следующий рабочий день. Требования: Опыт работы в аналогичной области от 1 года,уверенный пользователь ПК,SAP, Excel, коммуникабельность,активность,инициативность. Оформление ООО "Пепсико Холдингс"
