Overview Лидирование и реализация процессов оперативных функции МЕМ отдела (холодильного оборудования) Responsibilities Подготовка отчетов и анализ результатов деятельности; Обеспечение операционной деятельности инфраструктуры MEM рамках своего региона; Обеспечение четкого и безусловного выполнения логистических, сервисных, аналитических задач связанным с эксплуатацией торгового оборудования компании; Рассылка коммуникации и контроль предоставления отчетов, проверка корректности внесение в системе 1С ERP и программы Sales; Сверка предоставления корректных данных с МЕМ отчетом; Контроль сроков и качества выполнения доставки МЕМ оборудования в рамках территории; Регулярная коммуникация с дистрибьюторами; Еженедельная сверка с дистрибьютором по статусу и срокам выполнения поступивших и отработанных заявок; Контроль соответствия с АКБ, для поступивших заявок на новую установку\перемещение; Регулярная коммуникация с командой продаж; Еженедельная отчетность; Создание заявок на расходы в системе 1С ERP и контроль согласования; Проверка накладных, счет фактур, актов выполненных работ согласно созданных РО; Предоставление оригиналов документов в бухгалтерию компании; Внутренние и внешние коммуникации. Qualifications высшее/среднеспециальное образование (техническое, экономическое, логистика); уверенный пользователь Excel, Word, Power Point опыт бюджетирования, финансовая грамотность, понимание основ статистики.
