Responsibilities Обязанности: Руководство технической службой в целях обеспечения бесперебойной работы линий (установленные KPI); На ежедневной/еженедельной основе определение объема технического обслуживания, выполняемый дежурной сменой; Составление годового бюджета на ремонты, запчасти, расходные материалы и сервисные работы; Контроль исполнения и анализ; Координация всех этапов внедрения новой техники: от планирования и согласования до выполнения CAPEX - проектов (демонтаж, монтаж, пуско-наладочные работы, сопровождение); Составление, координация и согласование технических заданий; Контроль своевременного заказа запасных частей с целью обеспечения минимального стока для плановых и аварийных ремонтов; Инициация процессов закупки в соответствии с разработанным алгоритмом и осуществление контроля выполнения заявки; Выполнение, поддержание и развитие системы планово предупредительного ремонта оборудования; Анализ рисков оборудования и их минимизация; Анализ данных по работе оборудования и причин простоев; Проведение осмотров и диагностики оборудования для выявления неисправностей; Обеспечение соответствия производства стандартам пищевой безопасности (FSSC 22000, AIB), внутреннему контролю (GCS) и другим корпоративным требованиям. Условия: Работа в международной компании с развитыми корпоративными ценностями и стандартами; Официальное оформление в штат компании; Стабильная заработная плата, ежегодное повышение заработной платы по результатам работы; Расширенный соц. пакет: ДМС, страхование жизни, компенсация сотовой связи; Возможность развития в рамках компании. Qualifications Требования: Образование: Высшее профессиональное (техническое) или среднее специальное образование. Совокупный стаж — не менее 5 лет. Знание нормативной и технической документации; Уверенное владение ПК; Хорошие коммуникативные навыки, умение эффективно взаимодействовать с другими подразделениями; Отличные навыки командной работы; Уверенное владение Microsoft Office; Пользователь AutoCAD.
