The posting

Обязанности: Планирует и корректирует поставки материалов на завод. Контролирует входящие и исходящие поставки на предмет выявления расхождений и позиций вне заказа, комплектует партии товарно-материальныхценностей (ТМЦ) по заявкам потребителей/клиентов (внутренних и внешних) согласно стратегии складскойлогистики (принципы FIFO/FEFO) в установленные сроки. Контролирует остаточные сроки годности ТМЦ Осуществляет взаимодействие со смежными отделами по всем сопутствующим складским операциям Выполняет контроль, анализ, корректировку и ведение статистики по складским показателям Осуществляет процесс документооборота, связанного с движением ТМЦ, на складах: - путём составления актов, реестров и иных товарно-сопроводительных документов на списание, резерв и прочую реализацию ТМЦ, согласно установленным процедурам; - путём формирования расходных ордеров на отпуск ТМЦ со складов; - обеспечивает соблюдение правил оформления и сдачи приходно-расходных документов, согласно законодательства РФ и внутренних корпоративных правил и регламентов компании; - контролирует и проверяет первичную документацию. Обеспечивает своевременное предоставление первичных документов по запросусмежных функций по товарным операциям и восстановлению документов на отгрузку Отражает процессы Компании в системах учета ПепсиКо (SAP, gTMS, WMS, YMS и т.д.) по производственной необходимости или вслучае распоряжения руководителя Обеспечивает своевременное предоставление отчетности с определённой периодичностью в рамках инструкций, процедур Компании Принимает участие в подготовкеи проведении инвентаризации ТМЦ. Выполняет внутренние контроли на складах, согласно дизайну и политик Компании. Участвует в прохождении корпоративных аудитов. Ведёт претензионную работу: - разбор поступившей претензии, ведение сопутствующей переписки; - ведение статистики и отчетности; - контроль взаиморасчетов. Требования: Желательно образование среднее специальное, высшее Желательно наличие опыта работы в складской логистике не менее 1 года Хорошее владение ПК и пакетом MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), работа с электронной почтой (Outlook Express) Опыт работы в складских системах учета не менее года (1С, WMS, SAP и прочие) Развитые навыки коммуникации, взаимодействия внутри команды
