Обязанности: Реализация стратегии развертывания Lean (Бережливого производства и управления) на площадке; Работа с Руководителем направления по совершенствованию операционных бизнес процессов категории (ESSA), Командой руководителей площадки с целью согласования стратегии, развития плана развертывания программы и отслеживания его выполнения и эффективности; Лидирование разработки и развертывание программы развития навыков Lean (Бережливого производства и Бережливого управления) для всех уровней сотрудников площадки от фронтлайн до директора завода, включающую проведение обучения (тренингов), организацию рабочих сессий и индивидуальных коучинг встреч; Организация и проведение тренингов и коуч сессии с основными коучами, специалистами по физическим стандартам и стандартной работе, развитие сотрудников для обеспечения эффективного внедрения и стабильного развития программы Lean (Бережливое производство): определение добавляющих ценность операций, устранение операций и процессов, не добавляющих ценность, эффективная организация рабочего пространства, стандартизация рабочих процессов и операций, установка стандартов, поддержание и улучшение стандартов через процесс управления QCDM; С помощью тренингов и индивидуальных сессий Команды руководителей площадки внедрение и обеспечение стабильного прогресса элементов лидерства Lean (Бережливое управление) и моделей эффективного поведения (стратегическое видение, сфокусированность на эффективности процессов и вовлечении сотрудников в процесс непрерывных улучшений); Обеспечение коммуникации стандартов и принципов внедрения программы Lean на площадке, а также лидирование разработки планов, чтобы обеспечить соответствие критическим требованиям; Организация процессов и обеспечение наличия всех элементов культуры Lean, необходимых для полного и своевременного развертывания программы Lean (Бережливое производство и управление); Обеспечение стабильности и постоянное улучшение элементов Lean культуры с помощью системы управления Lean. Требования: Опыт на руководящей позиции от 3-х лет; Экспертное знание методологии, инструментов и системы управления Lean (Бережливое производство и управление); Высокий уровень навыков коучинга руководителей в рамках Lean (Бережливое производство и управление), включая проведение тренингов и индивидуальных коуч-сессий; Способность лидировать программу Lean на уровне площадки; Владение английским языком от уровня upper-intermediate или B2.
