Выявляет возможности для повышения мощности и эффективности работы оборудования - Разрабатывает, утверждает и внедряет производственные процедуры, графики обслуживания, инструкции, спецификации и стандарты соответствующего технологического направления процесса. - Организует контроль своевременного обновления документов, процедур, инструкций на рабочих местах операторов соответствующего технологического направления процесса - Организует и лидирует процессы внедрения новых видов продукции на производстве: проведение производственных тестов, обучение операторов, адаптация оборудования, актуализация инструкций и спецификаций - Выполняет адаптацию программы тренингов по направлению согласно лучшим практикам в регионе и типу используемого оборудования. Планирует и согласовывает годовой заводской календарь различных активностей по соответствующему направлению (командировки, Starfleet, Deep Dive, External IPS audit, реализация продуктивити проектов, модернизаций оборудования и т.д.) Требования: Совокупный опыт работы: на пищевом производстве (предпочтительно на производстве экструдированных продуктов) – не менее 3 лет; опыт внедрения проектов, направленных на оптимизацию использования сырья и трудозатрат Специальные навыки: навыки компьютерного пользователя (MS Word Document, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, MS Outlook), аналитические навыки, английский язык-базовый, навыки работы с аудиторией, технические навыки, навыки ведения проектов Анализ производственных показателей; Реализация проектов по запуску и модернизации производственных линий; Решение технико-технологических проблем на линии; Подготовка различных отчетов, презентаций Управление отчетностью по эффективности использования: - сырья и вспомогательных материалов
