Обязанности: Оперативное руководство персоналом смены: контроль, постановка задач, мотивация, развитие, планирование трудовых ресурсов. Организация бесперебойной эффективной работы цеха в производственной зоне, организация и контроль выполнения основных KPI Обеспечение производственных линий необходимым сырьем, материалами Контроль качества сырья и готовой продукции в соответствии со стандартами компании. Мониторинг расхода сырья и материалов, снижение потерь и производственных отходов. Организация и контроль соблюдения санитарных норм, требований охраны труда. Проведение инвентаризаций сырья и расходных материалов. Организация выполнения технического обслуживания оборудования и участие в плановых ремонтах. Контроль ведения производственной отчетности и учета результатов работы смены. Выполнение переналадок оборудования при смене формата упаковки, продукта или используемого сырья. Взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями для обеспечения стабильной работы производства. Требования: Высшее образование (пищевое, техническое) Профильный опыт работы не менее 5 лет Опыт работы в области производства пищевой промышленности не менее трех лет Наличие управленческого не менее 1 года Знание и понимание методологии LEAN Знания в области охраны труды Опыт работы с производственной отчётностью Глубокое понимание процессов в соответствующей области.
