סקירה כללית הזדמנות מעולה להצטרף לסודהסטרים ישראל כמנהל.ת מערך מוקד מכירות ושירות- תפקיד משמעותי ומשפיע הכולל חברות בהנהלת החברה ודיווח ישיר למנכ"ל. אנחנו מחפשים מנהל.ת שמגיע.ה מעולמות המכירה, עם ניסיון מוכח בניהול מוקדי מכירות, אוריינטציה עסקית חזקה ותשוקה להובלת אנשים וביצועים. התפקיד משלב אחריות על מערך המכירות והשירות, הובלת תהליכים והזדמנות אמיתית להשפיע על התוצאות העסקיות. תיאור משרה ניהול פעילות מוקד שירות ומכירות המונה כ- 30 נציגים. ניהול ופיתוח שדרה ניהולית הכוללת מנהלי צוותים, אחמ"ש, בק אופיס ומדריכה ביצוע שגרות ניהול והבניית תוכניות עבודה לשיפור מתמיד של ביצועי המוקד ושימור ההון האנושי . הובלת המוקד לעמידה ביעדים KPI עסקיים, שירותיים ואיכותיים. יכולות אנליטיות והפקת דוחות על בסיס יומי תוך הסקת מסקנות והטמעת שיפורים במוקד. ניהול והובלת פרויקטים של פיתוח טכנולוגי ומערכות נתונים. אחריות על תחזיות ובניית תוכנית עבודה שנתית. ניהול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים עם מחלקות כגון: IT, כספים, משפטית, חברת הפצה ולקוחות עסקיים. דרישות ניסיון מוכח של שלוש שנים ומעלה בניהול מוקד שירות ומכירה המונה לפחות 20 עמדות – חובה. ניסיון בניהול דרג ביניים - חובה. יכולת הנעת עובדים וניהול משברים. יכולת הפקה וניתוח דוחות ובניית תהליכי עבודה ידע רחב באקסל - חובה . ראיה מערכתית, יחסי אנוש מעולים, יכולת למידה גבוהה ומחויבות ארגונית. שליטה במערכות טכנולוגיות ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים. תואר ראשון – חובה.
