Обязанности: - анализирует данные по работе оборудования с целью выявления источников возникновения проблем для выработки превентивных мер; - обеспечивать и организовывать взаимодействие со сменными сотрудниками бесперебойную, безаварийную и надежную работу всех видов технологического и энергетического оборудования; - участвует в вводе оборудования в работу после ремонтов и остановок; - принимает участие в проведении расследований отказов оборудования и отклонений от номинальных режимов работы во время тестирования, участвует в разработке эффективных корректирующих мероприятий; - изучает узлы оборудования с оценкой рисков возможных аварийных поломок; - производит контроль монтажа оборудования со стороны заказчика для выявлений и устранений замечаний на более ранней стадии монтажа. - в соответствии с планами технического обслуживания и ремонта оборудования, временем отведенном на планово-предупредительные работы проводит ряд мероприятий на оборудовании во время комплексного тестирования; - специалист взаимодействует с техподдержкой «Честного знака», вендорами ПО и смежными ИТ‑командами для решения инцидентов и эскалации проблем. - проверка сетевых коммуникаций и наличия связи между отдельными элементами системы ЧЗ. - формирует сток запасных частей для поддержания работоспособности оборудования. Требования: - образование: среднее техническое; - знания принципов работы системы автоматизации промышленного оборудования; - понимание структур промышленных IT сетей, Information Data Center; - навыки чтения и составления электросхем, чтению технической документации; - знания по электробезопасности при работе в электроустановках и с электрооборудованием; - опыт работы по направлению не менее 3 лет; - аналитические способности и способность к самообучению и инновациям; - опыт работы с различными производственными протоколами связи (ModBus, EthernetIP, Hart и т.д.); - опыт диагностирования, ремонта и мониторинга состояния производственного оборудования; - опыт обслуживания упаковочного оборудования
